regarding gpu

is unlocking 6950 to 6970 a easy task(means i do not want to brick my gpu experimenting with it)

if i compare sapphire 6970 (special cooling one) vs msi 6970 lightning(i had heard 6970 lightning uses special power architecture for more stability) Which will be best?

Also i want to know if a twin frozr 3 card can easily fit in nzxt gamma or not?

regarding monitor

also i do not want to spend so much on a monitor( max rs. 9000) Is DELL ST2320L a better choice at this budget?

regarding motherboard

GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 vs asus p8z68v

Which one to choose?

Mobo-GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3-13.2k

Gpu-Msi hd6970 lightning ver is not available online,it's rare to find.you can try calling smcinternational, primeabgb or itwares for it or you can try asking locally.

Case-6970 fits in nzxt gamma but leaves little space in it,I7 970 6970 Gaming RIG UPDATE - YouTube

You can get nzxt guardian 921rb-4.2k or corsair carbide 400r-5k which is the best case within that range.

Monitor-Yes dell st2320l is a good option if you are only spending upto 10k on the panel.

Unlocking is easy not that easy, but you will void your warranty.

If you can wait, wait for a month and half... This aint right time to buy PC Hw, prices are roughly 10-20% higher than normal...

If you want to unlock your graphics card to a HD 6970, try to get the vanilla edition of the HD 6950 2GB [from Sapphire preferably], those cards have the highest incident of unlocking.

Also do not worry about bricking your card as all HD 69** series cards come with Dual-firmware chips on them [a la Dual-BIOS on the motherboard], so if the first chip conks out the secondary steps into the fray. Some third party cards might dispense away with the second-BIOS chip so be careful.

Regarding monitor the Dell ST2320L is a good choice in sub-10000/- price band, look at the BenQ monitors for comparison, whichever satisfies you more in the picture quality bag that.

For motherboard will recommend ASUS as they have a really good UEFI setup which defeats the Gigabyte Hybrid-BIOS on all parameters [usability, intuitiveness, layout + mouse support]. Also it seems Rashi has become more responsive for RMA's.

Hope this helps, Sire.
