Suggestions needed for buying Tablet(Surfing Purpose)

Hi guys,

Some colleague of mine wanted to buy a Tablet.
Sole reason is for Web surfing, watching movies n Li'l bit of songs.
UI must be fluid n fast.
He already have a laptop for other heavy works.
Size : 7 to 10 inches
OS : Anyone but should be fluid n responsive, also good codec support for movies.
Budget is 18 - 20k

Please pour in your suggestions.

If it's just surfing,Movies(HD and SD) and some music then get Playbook
You might not get a 16GB model but a 32GB will surely be available and the UI is fast and sleek

Don't compare it with the customization that Android's Offer,Playbook will provide you with amazing surfing experience and your friend would love watching movies on that little baby
There is also a 4G LTE Model,not sure if it's available in India but try looking for a second hand PB in decent condition

I know,PB is way obsolete now(At least most people think it i) but looking at your requirements it would be one option that you can consider or wait till Nexus 7 is officially launched in India
