PC Peripherals Suggestions Needed::PSU for a overclockable gaming rig

Looking for a replacement for my TX650v2. Running a 2500K+H100i and 290 tri-x.

I am looking for a silent one as the current PSU appear to be a bit noisy to my liking. Please suggest.

Hi,
I got a 290 tri-x with i5 2500K cooled by H100i. I am planning to overclock my rig and would love to change my existing PSU.
Please suggest a PSU for the same, preferably with low fan noise.

Also please clarify will a higher wattage PSU put load on my inverter equal to the wattage specified for the PSU or is it based on the effeciency or the current juice drawn by the system?

Example:: If I have a 850w PSU and currently the system is drawing close to 500W, will the load on my inverter be 850w or is it the current drawn amount 500W by the pc components??

Budget- ~8K

Avoid the RM750. LTEC caps on an 8k PSU is inexcusable. The second hand AX850 looks like a decent deal.

I think your current PSU is Ok for the setup .. still if you want to change then look for something robust like Seasonic SS-850KM3 or CM Vanguard PSus
