Does anyone know what Sunstone does?
My cousin wanted to pursue BTech in an "X" university and yesterday he received a call from Sunstone and they said that they will get a seat for him in the "X" university in BTech program but he needs to book the seat today by paying a token amount of 10K. After that he need to go to the "X" university and pay certain amount after document verification.
Even they also claimed that they will charge less that the "X" university total course fee.

I am very suspicious about this whole process. How they can charge less than the university quoted price. They say they have a collaboration with the university.
So does anyone here knows anything about this process or how Sunstone works.
 
It says they dont provide any distance/online teaching and as seen their colleges are permanently closed but seems they have ti-ups with other colleges where the teaching MIGHT be happening..

What I found from internet is that they provide placements in MNCs and other companies and that too ratio is very small. Probably had to ask the university itself to clarify on this matter.

I also think it's a scam.
