I bought this Sylvania 7" Android tablet from ebay USA a few days ago. It's a good tablet hardware wise.
Specification:
Proccessor: Infotmic Imapx200, 1GHz
Display: 7", 800X480, Resistive touchscreen TFT
Memory: 256 MB RAM, 2GB internal flash, expandable upto 16GB through microsd card.
Connectors: 2 mini USB (one OTG and one Host), headphone, HDMI, charger port
Wi-Fi
Android 2.1
No access to Android market directly - can be installed following a hack. However, I sideloaded a lot of applications and that works without any problem.
Also Android 2.2 is being promised my the mfr for a long time but not yet released. Not clear whether they will release or not.
Battery is not so great - about 2 hours or so with medium usage.
Display and touchscreen (resistive) is good.
This unit is great as an ebook reader, media player and occasional browsing.
The unit is solidly build - not like cheap chinese ones. Very fast. The processor is best at this price point. Plays almost all video formats flawlessly. Have HDMI output (didn't tested as I don't have a HDMI cable). Plays hardware intensive games like Angry Bird flawlessly.
Here is the mfr website:

Here are some reviews:
SYLVANIA SYNET7LP 7" Android OS 2.1 MID 1GHZ /HDMI Tablet
Sylvania SYNET7LP Work-In-Progress
What is included:
The tablet (ofcourse)
Original box and packings and papers
USB host cable
2.5mm to 3.5mm headphone converter
charger
It is working flawlessly - not a single scratch is there anywhere. Battery backup is about 2 hour as stated earlier.
Reason for selling :
I was looking for a Tegra 2 based Viewsonic G - but didn't find one in my budget and bought this one in desperation. Now one of my friend is coming from US and he will bring a G tab for me.
Also after using phones with capacitive touchscreen the resistive one is a bit hard to use for me.
Asking price: Rs. 6K+shipping at actual (I bought at 6.8K) or Rs. 6.5K shipped.
Price drop : 5K +shipping
Will provide 3 days testing warranty.
