CPU/Mobo System Getting Restart Automatically inspite of Change in PSU

Dear Guys,

I had upgraded by old system P4 HT 3.2 GHz Cedar Mill Processor + ASUS P5NMX mobo + 1 GB DDR 2 800MHz
to Dual Core E5500 2.8 GHz + Zotak G41 Mobo + 4 GB DDR 3 RAM.

My system hangs automatically within 30 mins or less.
CPU Core temp lies between 50 * to 57* C

I had reinstalled Win XP SP3 and even upgraded by PSU from 350 watts to Zebronics 450 watts.
Even it is upgraded to latest patches. I am Using NOD32 AV 5.0.93

I am unable to find real reason behind hanging.
Please help
