Got my system upgraded on a very limited budget, but got what I was waiting for: An AMD Dual Core Based PC. Got it from Micron, Nehru Place:
The specs are:
AMD X2 3800+ (65W, Socket AM2) -> Rs. 6750/-
MSI K9NGM2-FID Motherboard -> Rs. 4800/-
Corsair Value Select 512MB DDR2 RAM 667 MHz -> Rs. 2600/-
Zebronics "PEACE" Cabinet with 400W SMPS -> Rs. 2450/-

Thats a great price for the x2 3800+, congrats.
 
@Wraith: I really liked your Quote mentioned below. Being an AMD Fan it was very tough for me to switch over to Intel, but I finally went for AMD.

Another reason was it's high price, todays price was like: Intel C2D E4300 -> Rs. 9100, Intel C2D E6300 -> Rs. 9300/-, ASUS P5B-VM Motherboard -> Rs. 8100/-
