Please advice a good tablet for the below configuration.

OS: Android 4.1
RAM: 1GB
CPU: 1.2 Ghz
Storage: Any
Network:
  1. Wifi //** Primary Usage **//
  2. Bluetooth
  3. 2G
  4. 3G

Usage:
  1. Navigation Software //** Primary Usage **//
  2. Docs(word,excel,pdf)
  3. Games (android version)

Both of them ^^ have gotten decent reviews on FK.

If you can really give up on 3G calling (unless you increase your budget by 3K or so) go for Samsung Tab 2 P3100 Wifi. At least, you'll get better A.S.S. support. If you can add 3K, you can find Tab 2 3G for 13.5k in grey market on even on some websites after deals.
