I am going to use this device preliminary as a phone, then entertaintment. I don't have any business need as per se (like email etc).
I am opting for Android device because there any many custom roms are available and continuous developement support from many developer (XDA)
I don't want anything bigger than 7'' (in case of tablet). I don't carry any backpack / bag with me and travel mostly by bike, so carring a very big mobile / tablet going to be a problem.

A: 30k - 32k
4. Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Samsung / HTC
5. Q: Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Touchscreen
6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Required a 5MP camera. Flash.
7. Q: Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: only ANDROID - I love all the custom development option
8. Q: Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: 3G + Wi-fi both
9. Q: What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Camera and internet. (not a very heavy camera user)
