Old LG microwave finally gave up after around 20 years o7. Was looking for a new convection microwave. Found out that only LG offers more than 200 degrees temp on convection mode compared to other brands. There are currently two options I'm considering during the coming Prime Day sale:

Price 16k
The 12k model has membrane buttons while the 16k model has tactile buttons. I've heard membrane buttons on microwave can go bad relatively quicker due to repeated usage and dust build up and repairing includes replacing the entire control panel. Is there any real difference in the durability of the two control panels?
Would also appreciate an overall review if anyone owns similar models from LG.
