I love the way lectures at Udacity are structured. Each topic is broken down into multiple 2-5 minute long segments, after which there's a quiz. Really good stuff.

I've listened to quite a few courses from iTunes, and am doing a few Udacity and Coursera courses. The quality of the material out there, and the diversity is quite amazing. I wish they'd broadcast this on DD Gyandarshan, instead of the boring shit they currently show.
