Tata sky once again increased their prices of Stb from Rs.1499 to Rs.2499/-

That is really a bad news for all tata sky users now they are really going after money and just not thinking of their customer.

That means no free subscription on Rs.2499/- that way too costly compared to other DTH offer.

That means they have once again incresed their prices and now become more expensive then other DTH.
Tata Sky cost ? Tata Sky available at an affordable price
 
Its a free market economy, they can charge whatever they want. If people are still willing to buy the services at the higher price then why not, if people wtop buying the pricing will come down. Simple demand and supply. They are trying to cheat anyone, they are just running a business.

And NO, i dont have any association with Tata Sky other than being a subscriber ( i am also a dish tv subscriber).

local cable roxx...:D......who watches the idiot box nywayz...all news is gibberish n utter shit..more like humour channels....sports...is an only exception....serials suxx big time and so does reality tv shows...

How did you waive off the Rs. 500 (Offer) Installation charge.

I myself paid Rs. 1,999/- (1,499/- + 500 ) yesterday for Tata Sky. :mad: :mad:
 
The TV's been shut off for the past month since I changed residences. Never was much for the idiot box and luckily my wife and kids also don't miss it that much. They're used to the PC.

Will have to get in touch with the cable wallah though. Otherwise the house helps might revolt :). I was planning to get TataSky but I guess I'll wait until at least a few decent HD channels are here.
 
The plans are outrageous! I pay 315 bucks a month, and don't get star sports, espn or ten sports. For the star sports package, I've pay 40 bucks extra a MONTH! I'm really considering surrendering my connection.
 
Luckily nuff, I took the Annual Package since Sep last year and am Insulated :eek:hyeah: from the hikes. But I ve heard Big TV offers better service and cheaper costs.
