Hi to all
i got HD STARTER KIT FROM @Shripad @2.2K from here : http://www.techenclave.com/sell-trade-products/tata-sky-hd-starter-kit-132615/

I aked him via pm that do i have to pay any more charges to tatasky
he said no so i go ahead and make the deal as online price of HD kit is 2.6K

when i use that kit after installation i have to pay 300 more to tatasky guy z to activate it :(
first i refused and tried to call shripad @that time then no response :(
at last i paid 300rs to active my id
i asked cc of tata a lot of time they said that is the policy of it and they said Coupon @2599+300 activation =2899 ( that local price everywhre in india ) also if i go from online purchases i can get it @2610 rs .

All Tata Sky kits come with Free installation at this point and for more than a year now.
You keep telling me to call them. You are new to TataSky and if you are calling from unregistered mobile number, they need your subscriber ID to register any complaint or answer anything to you. I told you this multiple time and you keep telling me that tell them your mobile number. They will not register complaint without your subscriber ID which only you have.

First you said Tatasky guys said taxes and levies are extra as well, which is clearly not the case I pointed out in the first PM to you and it was clearly mentioned on the voucher itself.
Also check if they charged you activation charges or Installation charges. It will be written on the receipt. Standard installation and set top box and 1 month free trial subscription is included as

The voucher includes everything I mentioned. If they charged you for installation, ask for refund. If they charged you for activation of new connection, it is possible that they are charging that as extra amount over voucher.


And about previous deals, dont even go there. You waited 2 months last time to report problem by when product went out of warranty and saying it was not bought for you and bla bla bla, even then I spent money from my pocket to RMA it on your behalf using my contacts with distries because you didnt want to do it yourself and pay shipping twice. Even this time, you kept me hanging for 2 weeks after saying you are doing payment next day. This is my last deal with you.

This connection is multiconnection and it is in ur old ID but mine was new ID and i paid more for activation charges not for installation charges & bro whre u find my fault i have done what i can : called locally as well as TATA CC and before also CC for regarding charges..
They said me coupon has only kit+ installation chares not activation
now what i want u to do is call TATA CC on toll free ask them regarding what i pmed u last time bro..and tell me exact problem bro and one more thing anyone can call from thre cell to TATA CC and if he has ID or REG NO and NAME OF THAT CONNECTION any one can get all the info he want and i have give u all expect my ID . I did call them twice. My phones are registered with them and they asked Subscriber ID to confirm. And what difference does it make? Its centralised customer care that TATA have. You give them a call, or me, its same. It goes to one random exec. every time.
And you said they asked you Rs.300 installation charges from you in PM. Installation is the word you used which is why I again linked you to the tatasky website.

And go read my PM again. I said NO "Installation Charges" in my PM. These are exact words I used as I was quoting from the information page of Tata SKY.

Regardless whether you buy online now or use this voucher, the activation charge will be there on all new connection choosing monthly packages. Its there in FAQ.

New activations choosing monthly packs will now need to recharge with cost of installation & Rs 185 in order to activate their Tata Sky. Those opting for Bundled offers or any other LDPs will continue to have to recharge with cost of installation & the cost of the package.

These are activation charges, not installation charges. These are applicable for all new connections. As a part of voucher, Installations charges are included (Only standard installation with 10m cable).

If you still want to drag this out for 300 bucks, pass me your account details and I will transfer those 300 rupees back to you. I dont have any more time to waste on you.
 
jaydipmori You paid 300/- to activate your connection, not for installation. Shripad had told you that you wont have to pay any installation charges, which you did not. Everything that he offered was given to you.
Tatasky are charging installation charges from you in the name of activation charges, but they are afterall activation charges, and not installation charges.
Therefore, you are not entitled to the 300 rupees you want from Shripad.

Anyways, 300 isnt as significant an amount that you have to make such a fuss over it. It's not worth fighting over.
 
@Shripad and @Mephistopheles i never asked to pay me 300 bucks to shripad i asked him to inquiry the all matter from TATA CC
and this thread is not intended to get back 300rs... i want help from shripad to get back that whatever tata charged 300 from me..that's all man
and @Shripad bro if i want 300 back i clearly asked u in PM to pay me and i know that u give me that without asking why..
what i m against is mislead by u ( that u don't intend to do.. u do it by ur mistake ) and as well TATA sky CC ..that's it

Cause i asked twice to Shripad that do i have to pay more any charges ( whatever for activation or installation ) and he said no i have not to pay anything more..

No, you don't have to pay any installation charges, they are included in this along with set top box.. Just chose the monthly package you want. And then you have to just pay monthly charges. Will pm you my account details when I go home in few minutes.

After this reply i asked him once again casue i was not cleared regarding monthly packages :(

Yeah, all starter kits comes with 1 month package. The contents of this is same as that spec online.

This is why i m unhappy :( and one more thing TATA CC is aslo bad experience..they aslo told me same as shripad..

Yeah bro i was just explaining to karankapoor :) nothing else it my bad luck that everytime i deal with shripad i have to suffer and he is not good responsive as a seller :(
