when i click to TE-chat, the msg appears

I too have the same problem......not a problem only at Maximus's Side..........Later I noticed the notice about the forum reinstall ....maybe its due to the forum reinstall i think...Admins look up what say

its been disabled for some time.. will have a new chat with v2. till that time its disabled.
