These are from a Ladakh trip last year at a place called Namza Dining in Leh. Everything is vegetarian, although a lot of these dishes traditionally have meat in them.

Yarkhandi Pulao - Man, this was to die for. The best thing I've had during the trip. I had it at another place too and although it was different, it tasted amazing as well.
