TeamViewer No Longer Working

Hey Guys.

I have been using Teamviewer since a very long time to connect to remote computers.

Since Friday Night, I haven't been able to connect to teamviewer servers / login on it to see my partners list.

I am unable to understand why, My internet connection works just fine & i haven't faced this problem with any other site.

I did a Visual Route for the IP address mentioned in the log & this is what it says

I have no idea what to do & i don't have support from Teamviewer. OH! and also Teamviewer.com site doesn't open as well.
 
@OP,

Open the TeamViewer client on both computers (server and client). Does it show a green light and the message, "Ready to connect (secure connection)"?
 
ok so may be the problem might be from my ISP. as its working for others?

I am NOT able to open Teamviewer.com site or the link give by CA50

When i open teamviewer version 5 / 6 it says only LAN connections possible, then show Activating Teamviewer then gives error Not Ready Please check your internet connection.

I am unable to ping to teamviewer.com or the ip address thats given in the Log files. a Visual Route to that ip address reveals that there is a firewall just before the teamviewer's Ip which is blocking the connection.

I've created a support ticket with Teamviewer India. awaiting their reply.

Its definitely ISP related. works on my 1mbps MTNL connection
