You can make an "app" for just about any website like that. It's not really an app but just a shortcut which opens the website in its own window.
Can do the same on PC as well.

Oh it is a PWA. "Installed" it. But on iOS, why is the icon so "dim"? It looks like app is "installing" all the time due to how much dim it appears, the icon.

Stopped using Chrome years ago but have been using the PWA on Firefox for a long time now. Just to say, it is available on any browser.
