Heres the latest gaming rig from TT:

More or less similar to what I'll be buying in july, whit just a few changes:
1) Venice
2) Might go for A8N-E to say some bucks
3) SATA
4) 6600gt
5) Audiotrak Prodigy 7.1 or M-Audio Revolution 7.1 ( music more important than games)
6) Altec MX5021
7) Altec 251

This is just going over 70k at the moment, so will have to change a few things. Still havent decided on cabby, smps and RAM.

Quad_Master, what all have you finalised upon?
 
Well they seem to have got hold of a Radeon X800XL and the readers comment that a 6600 GT is a better card...

But seriously 19.5k is very high for an X800XL, that too a Powercolur one.

Yeah powercrapper doesn't deserve so much money. That too they have just a year's warranty. If the card dies after that, well ur doomed :). BTW is this the VIVO + dual DVI one or the normal one with TV-Out and D-Sub?
 
Well looking at the pics, I am not sure of the VIVO part, but its Dual DVI. Nevertheless he has just hotlinked the image from tul.com !!!! So it could be anything.
 
TT prices in rigs r always away off...........as Aces said just visit for prices on harware which thy mostly do monthly........those too r sme wht on higher side ...but atleast sme1's doin it ;)
bout hte powercolor thy r crap afaik....nd the card is only dual dvi :no: with s-video :)
 
when i wrote the not i might have feded or something by siggy in sometime.
however it just doesn't show.
