text loading improperly in chrome!

Some websites are not loading properly (some weird text is loading) and for some sites it starts downloading an unknown file format.

I tried changing the encoding in tools (as suggested in chrome help) but not working.

What have i done wrong? :S

BTW FF7 is working fine.

Need help guys.

So no one had this problem before!

I think i found the solution my self it was lastpass extension that is causing the trouble.

I disabled it and everything is fine now.
