Rs.16,000-Rs.17,000 for Ps3 everything included. Rs.500-Rs.1000 more if the games bluray disc are of lastest or exclusives.
Rs.3500 for XFX 285 GTX Black Edition as its a DX10 and GTX 460 sells for Rs.4000.

Don't know about warranty status, as I got these directly from AMD and Asus respectively. They are roughly 2.5 years old. Still in use and in perfect working condition. Can provide 1 week of testing warranty if needed.
