Sorry for posting personal request for guidance in this thread, however is this config great for office work along with heavy OTT/movies usage? I prefer not to spend on additional gpu as wont be gaming on the system.

It would be more than enough.
You can get PC for good office usage under 40K even

I'd almost consider it overkill. You can save by buying the 5600 and 16gb of ram instead, that's more than enough for office work and consuming media.

Possible to help me with the most economical but quality component suggestions? The only thing I was able to think of is to try Samsung 990 Pro 1 TB storage (else SN770), rest need to understand.

Focus is on reliability and multi-tasking. Need onboard IGU, cabinet/mobo such as that it facilitates lots of USB, headphone etc ports for daily usage (ease of convenience), inbuilt WiFi and Bluetooth (for wireless mouse/kb/earphones etc) and take small area (cabinet - micro/mini type) on desk.
