Sure I could have purchased a device with the word "bridge" printed on the box to connect my xbox to my wireless .11b network and pay about $80.... ORRR For about $70 I could buy the Cicsco Linksys WRT54GS and slap on sveasoft firmware. Since Cisco Linksys released their firmware under the GPL ... ANY derivative works are also bound by the GPL. As such when you download the Sveasoft Alchemy firmware binaries from "TheIndividual" you're not breaking any laws despite what that nut at Sveasoft claims.

Now I have a cool wireless ethernet bridge AND I can connect more than one device. Woo. Become a protest warrior and you can be as cool! hehe
