@Arun1,i did not restrict myself to half the budget.I was looking at all the premium watches but did not like not even a single one at $1000USD.I was looking for a elegant watch not for a watch with multiple features .I have a citizen promaster as of now ,AFAIK the features it has are of no use.

Great purchase dude. You are right. The features on most of the watches are never useful. I was looking for a Tissot watch. But its damn expensive in India. Was looking at PCR 200.
