Hi all,

As u have guessed by now, I like to pinch where it hurts the most. Seriously though two things how does the reputation work as well as the referrals systems work. These need to be explained I guess in a better way. If they had been explained before then just the links please. Thanx in advance.

And abt Referral, there's nthing much to it.

Every member gets a referral id when he/she registers at TE. (Check ur referral link in user CP). When anyone clicks on that link and registers at TE, he's registered as ur referral. See ur referral count in the profile page. And you get certain number of nickels for that in return.
