From a glance, it looks just like a Google Cardboard, albeit with much better materials and cushioning.
(is Google Cardboard still a project? I remember having used one... many years ago)
Has anyone bought this? What are your thoughts?

This is Legitimately the first time I've heard about this, but after watching some reviews and stuff it doesn't look half bad to be honest, seems a lot more comfortable than Google Cardboard
