To buy Atrix 2 or not. Is it worth?

I have been dying to own an android for long bored of my BB.
I am in love with the ATRIX 2 .
Thought of buying from flipkart where it is listed at Rs.19,000 but at the same time heard motorola is shutting down from INDIA.
Is it really worth buying with warranty or best to buy an atrix 2 for Rs.12000 - Rs.13000 from ebay US without any warrenty.

If you can cough up 19k for the atrix2, consider another 3k For the razr. Sexy looks & Amoled are worth it

thanks for the help buddy but still nothing can be assured about motorola ryt!
and as for razr xt it is an awesome phone and is now down to 21k on flipkart but heard that the phone has some battery issues! :23:

No point IMO. parts availability will go down in the future. You can get an Atrix HD for ~18-19k from ebay.com. Much better phone, Snapdragon S4 processor, Great Screen, 1GB RAM etc.

Get a Nexus instead of an Atrix 2 at the moment.

If you are OK with no warranty - can consider the Pantech Burst - 50% cost.

Atrix 2 is a good buy anyday. Motorola service is good atleast in chennai, got my A2 RMA'ed after hard bricking once. CM10 is available already(nightly build but good for daily use) cant think anymore reason for avoiding my A2.

Where did you buy your Nexus? And at what price?

Rather get the Motorola Atrix HD at this point. The phone is as powerful as the HTC one x and the Samsung galaxy s3. And can be bought off eBay for 23k. Finding a better phone at that price is impossible.
