Monitors Touch Screen Monitor

I am looking to buy a touch screen monitor. Can anyone suggest me one in the budget of Rs.15000 and pls also tell are they useful and would it be cheaper if i buy it from US?

IINM, the DreamScreen isn't just a monitor, it is more than that. However, I am not sure it can be used as a standalone monitor.
 
I am not sure about just the touch screen monitors, as mostly whatever I have used are integrated PCs.

You do get some local vendors assembling touch screens, but rarely for HOME use.
 
i don't think there is any large screen 12" above production monitors & if there are any branded one it would be much costlier.
 
I am not talking of the dreamscreen. What I want is touch screen monitors and they must be below Rs.15000/- as the dreamscreen is coming for Rs.20000/- (MRP) for 22" with everything built inside it.
