Great info there.Even if they arent good overclockers,atleast people who want to run it at stock will benefit.

Pricing is another issue though.
Indian importers/Distis tend to price so called high end stuff at ridiculously high prices.

For example,i was quote 41k for Asus ATI Radeon X800 256 MB.hehehe...lol
 
a Sapphire X800XL-OEM sells at $310 n the retail sells at $335 on newegg. 17k is a very good price if u r getting local support n warranty! Aces, cud u post a li'l more info please? the dealer, warranty n all such stuf..

What are you talking about? About the RAM or graphic card price?

The X800XL that guy bought for 17K was special case. He requested someone he knows in ATI india to help him find one and thats how he got that card for 17K.
Its still almost impossible to find X800XL here.

About RAM latacies. Did you read the first page? Its there. Also data sheet links are given.
Both are CL3 chips.
 
dude, the mehergags member AFAIR got a sppecial deal cos he offered the dealer sumthing in return....
no way u'll get the X800XL for 17k
 
OK guys, here's something.. I had sent a PM to Mehargags regarding the same n he replied saying he hasnt bot the card as it costs 19k here..
 
^^Sorry for bumping an old thread. Called the Delhi office, the guy denied the existence of these sticks. He claims they aren't available.
Anyone tried Mumbai?
