Hi guys I have a few questions regarding my Transcend flash drive RMA:
1) I don't have a proof of purchase like any bill or any receipt and another trouble is that I lost the cover of my Transcend Flash Drive and also I slightly bent the metal part of my flash drive, now my flash drive is not working at all and is not being recognized by my computer so I want to replace it. As I don't have the bill or the proper product in a proper condition, will transcend still replace my flash drive or not. Please see photos, to understand what I am trying to say.
2) If luckily Transcend would be ready to replace my HDD, whom should I contact, I tried contacting Accel frontline and they tell me that they don't deal with Transcend. Whom to call if not accel frontline?
