Storage Solutions Transcend SDHC Card dead, need help with RMA

I purchased "Transcend SDHC 16GB (Class 10)" Card from MediaHome.in (from a thread in TE Dealers section) about an year ago. When I turned on my camera to capture some photos, I found card is no more being recognized by camera. I tried placing it in my laptop's card reader but card was not getting detected.

As card is under warranty, I would love to replace it. When I tried to contact MediaHome.in via TE I got no reply. Their website is down since ages. I have no clue what should I do. I found nothing on Transcend's website regarding RMA process for India.

I hope somebody's here who can help me with this.

even i am very eager to know who handles rma for transcend sd cards...

AFAIK, it is through accel frontline. Look up the service centre nearest to you and take the card to them.

I had a stick of RAM RMAed last year, took 45 days to get the replacement but the honour lifetime warranty.

^^ That was last year after which AF stopped handling transcend RMAs. Currently i dont know who handles it..

I give up. Getting a new memory card. This time it is not Transcend any way

Accel infotech provides RMA for pendrives but takes heck a lot of time . mSD should be handled by the same
