I got a msi z97S Sli krait edition

I brought the water cooler month ago from amazon
I noticed today it was kinda leaning down i opend my case window nd touched it
FIRST FUK
The top half mounting holes/brack cracked apart
Second FUK
Cpu looks LITTLE bent (woof i was not using my i7 or i5 at the time!jai Bhagwan)
Third FUK
Cpu looks wet ?thermal paste? maybe overthinking but transparent droplets
So i brought the cpu cooler from amazon and within a month it cracked apart!
Whats next the first thing i did was to Flim everything in FULL HD with a iphone 6+
Now what should i do contact amazon??any deepcool guy around?? My entite work has halted and am going to buy a cheap heatsink nd test the processor n mobo tomorrow
I need help ASAP no trolls and i didnt crack it or overextraggating crap
