IEEE-DCE has MIST, its very own code breaking event, something similar to the riddle set notpr0n available on the Internet.
For those who are not familiar with code breaking - there are different puzzles, arranged in the form of levels. At each level(puzzle), you are given a bunch of clues, using which you have to figure out the answer to that level. Using that answer, you move onto the next level.
It is similar to a treasure hunt you may say, since a bounty is also available for the winners.
