Since last month my mother's Mtnl Trump sim card is battling recharge issues.
Whenever my brother makes any recharges either via paytm or directly via mtnl site the recharge succeeds and a successful recharge sms from mtnl is received on mother's phone. But the balance shown is still zero! She is not able to make calls or data. Incoming is valid though.
Bro went to the mtnl office and they said no such recharges have reflected at their end.
Wtf? And when asked about the successful smses received they said it might be in an error but no recharges done for this number in past 2 months.
Brother had lost almost 500+ bucks trying various validity recharges and talktime and all same. Zero balance!
Also, when he tried dialling CC, they keep him on hold for 20mins to 40 and 2-3 random people comes on line and ask to wait.
Nowhere on the internet a valid mumbai region nodal officers mail id is found so as to present the issue.
Now furious and frustrated over all this he is thinking off porting to Airtel as VoId is anyways sucking everywhere.
Can someone using Mtnl Trump sim help in this matter?
