Hi people.
Selling the two sticks of twinmos 512MB DDr400 RAM.
Selling it as a set and not individual sticks.
Bought just 10 days ago.

They go all the way upto 240Mhz 2.5-4-4-8 @ 2.7v and 250Mhz at 2.8-2.9v so ideal match for motherboards which do not support high vdimm voltages.
Havent pushed it above 250Mhz. Ran memtest with no errors.
Runs nice and cool.
Bought from mnemonic systems for Rs.5500 with bill and warranty and original bill will be sent to you.
Selling for Rs. 5250 shipped.
Reason for selling : these chips dont go well with DFI motherboards.

Yep twinmos 1A4T is BH-5 which unfortunately not available here now and those few which were available were 256MB modules.
These are powerchip 0.11micron 5ns chips.
They can do considerably lower CL at low voltages.
Not many chips can do 240-250 with CL2.5 and voltage below 2.8.
Will work at 200Mhz with as low as 2.5v with 2.5-3-3-7 timings.

dude 2475 is brand new price i found for single chip 512mb from saimex lamington road
 
but dude , funky got this just 10 days ago.
and he has tested the oc limit so the ram will oc.
Where as the ram u get from lammy the shop keeper wont say uptil how much will the
ram OC.

Where here u know that ram can reach 250 , also what more he is selling it with the bill which he got so u can get warranty if ne thing goes wrong.
 
Well I bought the same ram for a friend to run on his neo4 SLI board since it does well on low voltages. It costed me about the same that funky is quoting... 2800 bucks per stick.
 
After reading your post Vicky i reconfirmed and its still selling for Rs.5500 for 2x512 MB including VAT and all taxes with bill at Mnemonic.
