He sent me this message just a while ago:
Hey bro. I need your help. I had activated 2 step security on my TechEnclave account using the the Google authenticator but now after I changed my phone, I have lost the authenticator app. So whenever I try to log in to the TE account it asks me for a backup code or authentication code, which I don't have anymore. Even password reset is asking for that. They don't even send fresh codes on phone or email in such a situation.
So I am completely locked out of my account. Could you please post a thread for this issue or DM a moderator to remove 2 step security from my account.
