Was bought from OLX, no idea when was it initially bought, don't have the original adaptor but will provide a compatible 12v adapter which i have been using with it

Can it run pfsense?
Pretty sure pfsense is mainly for amd64 based devices, this on the other hand is MIPS based iirc, you may have better luck with openwrt on this
For (small/router sized) pfsense you will need those itx boards with some Intel processor and multiple ethernet ports which are hard to get by locally
