unable to open rediffmail

freinds i am using kasdpersky antivirus and i am unable to open my rediffmail inbox.The problem persists even after stopping the anti virus.please help.
 
It's due to some problem with firewall. Wheneverihave to access rediffmail, i disable the firewall and do the surfing and re-enable it again after that. M too lazy to go n find the solution for it :tongue:
 
I have the same problem. After I login and click I go to the next window and nothing happens

I have removed the Symentic antivirus

I have disabled ithe nternet firewall

Still the problem persists

Can anyone help
