Packing was fine. It even had the Gigabyte seal intact and untouched, and the board was in perfect shape.

However, after installation....

#Renegade am not being allowed to use image button on the post editor.

What do you mean? Is the button not enabled for you?

The button exists.

I click it and get a box to paste the link.

The editor adds a 'broken link' picture box.

When I try to submit the post it tells 'You are not allowed to use that image tag on this forum' and I have to manually remove the tags or just paste a link.

Well if the link you posted is the one you are entering into the image tag then it is incorrect. You link is the URL to a page, not to an image. So an image tag will not be able to process that.

See the attached image. You need to use the direct link to the image. The one highlighted in yellow.

No matter what tag I use the result is identical.

You may have revoked permissions or I may have exceeded some quota of some kind.

I can't even use the attachment system below the full editor.

I think it's a user-level issue.

Imageshack link is not to the direct photo, see it ends in a slash like portd.jpg/

There is a "embed/share image" button on the imageshack page if you click that and pick the direct link it should work...
