Unable to restore backups

Just got my cell phone software upgraded N70me to latest firmware from service ctr.
Problem---- Before submiting my phone, i took backup of my contacts, notes, calender, sms etc via pcsuite but now unable to restore anything. The process goes fine n phone restarts but nothing in.
What could be the reason, plz help.

Nope i have n70me i gave for firmware upgradation.
How can we obtain old firmware, any site???
