Under 15K Android phone for a girl

Need an android phone for a friend budget is around 15K

Requirements :
Slim and Light
All touch based, no hardware keyboard
Good Cam
Android 2.3 (if 2.2 should be upgradable to 2.3)
Atleast a 512Mb Ram
Much better if its a 2011 released phone
Also if possible suggest, where to buy it in New Delhi

Good cam so avoid defy. Good cameras are rare in android phones. Still some of the better ones are huwei x5, se xperia mini. Also galaxy ace, which is going pretty cheap now a days I think.

If camera is off prime importance(still images) then look no further than the Samsung Ace. Its got the best camera among sub 15k androids.

But its SOC is pretty weak (MSM7227 Turbo + Adreno 200)

Its got a 3.5" screen but a low HVGA resolution.

RAM is just 384MB (278MB user available)

Currently runs on 2.2 but upgradable to 2.3.

The Xperia mini beats in almost every aspect except the camera quality. Also the size of the screen is just 3" (Might be a pro or con depending upon the user)

The SE has a beautifully skinned 2.3 with a four corner UI granted instant access to 16 shortcuts on the home screen.

It has the same SOC as the Arc and the HTC Desire S in its core (MSM8255+Adreno 205, 512MB RAM) So the UI is buttery smooth with absolutely no lags and ideal for multitasking, gaming, playing 720p videos etc....

Women usually prefer phones with a physical keypad because their long nails makes it difficult to type on a touchscreen. If this is the case then it would make more sense to get the new Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro. Otherwise I would suggest the HTC Wildfire S.
