Laptops Up time shows for past 4 days

I was unaware but recently observed that even if I shutdown my laptop every 10 hrs or so when the next day I power it on the power on time showed is for last few days.

Need to know this behavior.

These are my Power plan settings

Is this responsible for the same?

Disable fast startup and hybrid sleep options in power settings?

'Shutdown' on Windows 10 these days is advanced form of Hibernate. Restart is a full power off and power on.
