Graphic Cards Upgrading to GT 1030

Posting for a friend of mine-
My friend has a pc with these specifications:-
Gigabyte h61m s1
Intel Pentium g2030 @ 3 gHz
4 gb ddr3
He wants to upgrade to a GT 1030 as he generally plays esports games. What is the fps he must expect and does the gt 1030 require any cooling system?

do take into account the differences between your's and the test system but you should still get good frame rates on fifa.
w.r.t. cooling, the gt1030 will have it's own heatsink for cooling so you needn't worry about it (it doesn't give out enough heat to cause problems inside the cabinet).
btw, the gtx750(non-ti) performs as fast as the gt1030 so if you're getting a good deal on it then go for it.
also, the 750ti is about 20% faster than the 1030 so that can also be considered if its within his budget.
the 1050 is roughly twice as fast as the 1030 but that costs well over 10k. (just fyi)

1050 Ti 4 GB edition costs over 11k. The 2 GB variant i.e just 1050 costs around 8.5-9k (sometimes even less).
