Urgent: has my ASUS RT N13U failed again ?

i have very pathetic expereince with this Asus RT-N13U, not so proud to say but its confirm from Both ASUS and Rashi Peripherals, I'm the only customer so far having this router failed not once but thrice even before completing 1yr duration. :no:

few days ago got replacement for router and Asus showing its reputation given away UK based Adapter which is not at all going inside sockets, rashi guys having Socket converter so able to check whether its powering on or not but Have to spend some bucks buying it :(

in fact i asked to test the internet connection and it worked, glad to see & happily return!

but today when i plugged the Ethernet Cable & tried setting it up(5 steps @ QIS), it again comes with the Error- CHECK WAN PORT

Net wala changed RJ connector twice no results, tested on his SWITCH cable detecting no Issues!! Router Firmware Updated

I'm seeking here urgent guidance on what to do with this? this router really giving me a lot of headache, there might some simple trick or solution but i'm not able to find it out

Needless to Say ASUS Guys have no solution on Phone /Mail support, common response- GET IT REPLACED...huh...!! :(

again ROUTER is failing?

Did the wan port indicator light up? I had a similar problem 1 month into my rt-n13u purchase.

After a tiresome exchange process with RASHI it seems to be going well. But because of rashi's pathetic service I will avoid asus products from now on.

My router didn't work from 3 rd day. i have given it in Rashi Periphereals. They did not even inform when I need to pick up repaired/replaced one. They said they will call me. In how many days did you guys got replaced piece? Should I call them every week..
 
I received my replaced router today 13 days after I have given them. New router has Aug 2011 as import date and indian version of adapter.
