Please help me choosing laptop, my budget is arround 35 k (+/- 3K). Which brand and what config should i prefer.

You have been a member long enough to know that there is a requirement guide that needs to be filled up so members here can suggest you something! Please use the same :)
 
No preference/requirements as such?

Anyways I would suggest

-Sleek, Looks and Normal use : Dell Vostro 13 => ~37K

-High Performance : Acer 5740 => ~ 34K

-Balanced : Dell Inspiron 14 => ~34K
