hey guys need to buy a pc for my cousin just for home use ,movies internet music and random stuff...

Nothing really apart from the fact that it has a more complete I / O cluster compared to the GIGABYTE but if you are fine using standard (3.5mm audio-out and HDMI-out) then the latter board is also good to go.
