Forget those chinese brands.

Get the Motorola EX 115.

thanks for reply its good phone but out of my budget it is nearly 4.5k while my budget is within 2.5k

and akai is japanese company not chinese

i found samsung E1252 good but its non qwerty.

i think its difficult to get good branded qwerty in this price.

samsung chat is also good but overpriced at 4.5k

If you buy those rebranded chinese handsets, then it may cost you 2.5-3K in theory. Practically you will spend 2.5 * 2 = 5K. I know there are some cases like my brother bought LAVA A9 and its still working fine after 1 year and don't consider yourself that much lucky, look at other 90% of the cases.

MORAL: but a good branded handset. Nokia C3, C5, Samsung chat 335, 225 etc. Searching this forum will give you lots of results.

I had Motorola EX128, touch screen dual sim. Both Ex128 and EX115 were laucnhed together by Motorola and EX128 was a lot cheaper in sound quality, seemed like a defective piece and hence I don't expect much good things from EX115 too.

well its my secondary phone primary being samsung galaxy spica, I bought LG C310 for 4.3k last month, here is a brief review

PROS

+keys are super smooth,

+battery is about 2-3 days with dual sim

+bigger display with better resolution better than its competitors

+edge enabled

+2MP camera others have 1.3MP

CONS

-head phone audio quality is not at par
