thanks a ton... well wot abt canon a490 or a495 , nikon l22... came across theses @ vijay sales. they dint have the panasonic lumix range
 
wud go with lumix f2 ... same features as f3 .only its 10 mp... wuz impressed with lumix reviews..thanks ... btw i wuz lookin for slow shutter option tooo coz my old camera had that feature.
