PC Peripherals USB Back Panel Brackets

Any idea where I can buy a USB 2.0 back panel bracket in black? I bought this one from Amazon, but it looks pretty odd inside my case.

Also looking a USB type C bracket for a type E header. This one seems to cost a lot more for some reason :(.

Remove the 3 screws, remove the bracket, scratch with a sandpaper, spray paint it black. Or, make it black using a permanent marker

Haha. I did think of DIY methods - putting the wires in a sleeve or a heat shrink tube or just tape over the wires with a black electrical tape - but want to see if there is something readymade. Sleeve seems to require the least effort so will probably do that if there is no alternative.
