Yes. They are perhaps the safest form of p2p right now. No government agency can dare to snoop in.

A friend of mine has it and that's what he said, i didn't quite believe him until i read up on it a little. I just want to get my facts straight, basically there is no uploading involved in aquiring files and usenet keeps your ip anonymus within thier network so the only way in which you can get caught is if your isp rats you out and with 50gb cap that is unlikely. Also no agency can put a file within the network and keep track of what's happening to it?
