^ Yep, by default your newly subscribed threads should get listed, but seems like something is broken.

For the time being , click on "View all Subscribed Threads" in your User CP to see your subscribed threads.
 
I hope you're following the Subscribed Threads routine correctly?

- Thread Tools at the top of the thread -> Subscribe to this Thread

- Set your options for Notification -> Add Subscription

Seems to be working fine here, including the New Subscribed threads.
